About the Scriboners
ALEX AND JANE:
Alex and Jane met happenstancially during a rather drab summer. Bonding through their love of Disney, Chinese food, and ridiculous haircuts, they became the closest of friends.
In February of 2011, Alex proposed to Jane. And two days later, Jane realized Alex had proposed to her. And one car ride later, they were engaged.
Three months later, Alex moved away for three years.
Alex and Jane gathered the idea to write Rather Prolific from their friends, Kaitlin and Michael Branch (The Athele Series). After a meeting with the Branches, Alex decided that he and Jane should bridge the gap between their upcoming long distance endeavor by way of storytelling. And Rather Prolific was born.
Alex and Jane write Rather Prolific via Instant Message and email. The story will continue until May of 2014, when Alex returns home and the two partake in a steampunk wedding where they will dress as a clockmaker’s son and a rogue airship captain.
Their real names are not Alex and Jane; these names are taken from a song by Edward Sharpe. They both do not believe in 2012 and do believe in ice cream.
